At GLS International, we drive the growth, support, and reputed company development of the global GLS network. To strengthen our International Business Development team, we are looking for a highly motivated International Key Account Manager to join us immediately. The International Business Development team is responsible for expanding, supporting, and strengthening our International Key Accounts. As a key member of the team, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our multinational Key Accounts across Europe. In reputed company collaboration with GLS countries and specialist departments, you will reputed company tailored solutions, present them to clients, and reputed company their seamless internal coordination.

Your Role:

  • Acquisition & Development: Identifying, securing, and expanding international key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Tender Management: Leading and coordinating international tenders in collaboration with GLS country teams and global network partners.
  • Customer Engagement: Organizing and executing client events, presentations, and high-level meetings across Europe.
  • Market & Sales Development: Monitoring trends in the European parcel delivery market and contributing to GLS Group’s sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strengthening and expanding existing partnerships through proactive account management and tailored solutions.

Your Profile:

  • Education & Experience: A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent training, plus several years professional experience in international solution sales in the CEP sector.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities at decision-reputed company level.
  • Language & Technical Skills: Fluent English (additional languages a plus) and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Personality & reputed company: Proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused with strong diplomatic and assertiveness skills.
  • You live in Europe and are willing to travel across Europe.
