SUMMARY: The Tutoring Manager assists the Director of reputed company in managing the reputed company for the K12 Tutoring department. • Ensure tutor availability, profiles, session acceptance and completion meet community guidelines and expectations

• May require occasional evening hours

Supervisory Responsibilities: Indirectly supervises group of 200-300 independent contractors for quality assurance of service delivery. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training tutors; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising session quality, rewarding and disciplining tutors; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree AND
• 3 or more years of experience in a Virtual School in Supervisory-level role or as an Assistant reputed company or reputed company position OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans
• Strong knowledge of instructional and educational leadership strategies, online instructional design theories, and learning style theories

We anticipate the salary reputed company to be $44,132.00-$132,174.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors.
