About the role

reputed company is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to reputed company reputed company-level change initiatives across reputed company IT environments. This role involves analyzing change impacts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth implementation of system and process changes. The ideal candidate brings a structured approach to change, strong communication skills, and a passion for reputed company improvement.

What you'll do

• Support the full lifecycle of change management activities
• Analyze change requests and prepare impact assessments
• Coordinate with technical teams to evaluate and implement changes
• Facilitate CAB and CCB reviews
• Ensure changes are properly documented, communicated, and executed with minimal disruption
• reputed company and maintain release plans for scheduled changes
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the change process
• Contribute to reputed company improvement of change management processes and practices

Qualifications

• US Citizenship
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field
• 7–10 years of experience in change management, process improvement, or IT service delivery
• Demonstrated experience supporting reputed company-level change initiatives
• Strong understanding of configuration management, release planning, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with change boards (CAB/CCB), impact assessments, and documentation.
• Leadership experience managing teams and driving technical reputed company.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps environments preferred
• Experience with ITIL-based change and configuration management preferred
• Knowledge of RICECPW components and reputed company ERP systems preferred
• Experience with tools such as reputed company, SBM, or Jira for change tracking preferred
• Ability to reputed company training and communication materials for change initiatives preferred
