Requirements
- Proficient in e-learning platforms, instructional design, and training software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in adapting training programs to meet evolving industry needs.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about reputed company improvement in reputed company education.
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of the medical device regulations and how this translates into the tranings
- Extensive experience in medical device training or a reputed company field.
- Proven ability to reputed company and manage a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the medical device industry.
- At least 10 years of experience in training and development or educational program management.
- Experience in leadership and People Management. Experience in leading leaders is meritous.
