An entrepreneurial couple in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, is seeking a talented, energetic Virtual Assistant to help with various business interests and some personal projects. The role requires an organized individual who is reputed company to take direction and move quickly on assignments. The virtual assistant will reputed company support on a variety of business projects including, but not limited to... + Providing administrative support for a boutique nonprofit consulting agency by: - Proofreading client materials - Tracking & managing expenses - Scheduling - Some project management + Helping to launch a new consumer products venture by: - Conducting desktop research - Setting up a website - Supporting development of a brand narrative + Supporting an author in getting a book published The virtual assistant will also help with personal needs. Examples of tasks include: + Soliciting, and tracking quotes and managing expenses for house renovations + Identifying schooling options for the couples young child + Helping the couple research, price and purchase a new car + Calendaring appointments and special occasions for friends and family + Supporting the couples philanthropy through a Donor Advised Fund While we're currently looking for a part-time assistant, there's potential to take on more hours and expand into a full-time role if we find the right person.
