The reputed company Intern will support reputed company's reputed company by initiating first contact with customers, identifying and registering initial users, scheduling and conducting online demo sessions, collaborating with Field Service Engineers, ensuring accurate and relevant data migration, liaising with the external software supplier, and conducting follow-up calls to ensure the customer is comfortable using the portal.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in Business, IT, Communication, or a reputed company field
- Strong communication skills; confident in reaching out to customers
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working with software tools reputed company platforms
- Affinity with multicultural environments
- Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented
- Familiarity with JIRA and reputed company is a plus
