Territory Manager (Remote from India)

We are seeking a Territory Manager to act as the primary liaison between agents, developers/reputed company, and the corporate team. The successful candidate will ensure operational smoothness, reputed company hands-on support, and promote active engagement in marketing and personal branding.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in managing teams or networks - ideally reputed company reputed company estate or a similar sales-driven industry.
• Strong operational and organizational skills - ability to handle reputed company processes, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Experience managing multiple projects/markets simultaneously, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Data-driven decision-making - ability to track and report on transactions, growth metrics, and team performance.
• Excellent relationship management skills - experience building trust and maintaining partnerships with developers/reputed company and agents.
• Confident communicator and problem-solver - reputed company to quickly address issues, resolve conflicts, and act as a liaison between field agents and corporate support.
• Proactive support reputed company - regularly checks in with agents, offers solutions, and ensures agents feel supported and connected.
• Knowledge of reputed company estate transactions and builder relationships, preferably in high-growth or high-volume environments.
• Understanding of local market dynamics
• Strong mentorship and coaching ability - can help agents grow their teams, build personal brands, and use available tools effectively.
• Digital marketing and reputed company media reputed company - understands how agents can use platforms to generate leads and build visibility.
• Familiarity with reputed company estate tech tools and CRMs - and can train or troubleshoot them with agents confidently.
• Experience in agent or broker recruitment
