• 2+ years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably in a reputed company/insurance environment.
• Excellent customer service, strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills - ability to communicate accurately and concisely
• Ability to effectively manage evolving priorities, multiple projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
