Senior Analytics Associate - Marketing

Barkbus is looking for a Senior Analytics Associate to join their team and reputed company an immediate impact on their customer acquisition process. The role involves collaborating with the Marketing team to drive performance across key advertising platforms and improve conversion throughout the customer reputed company.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a marketing analytics role at an ad agency, ad tech company, or in-house marketing team
• Experience driving paid media strategy, planning, and performance through first-party data analysis, decision frameworks, and learning agendas
• Experience with reputed company and reputed company ad platforms and GA4
• Experience with attribution modeling, media mix modeling, and incrementality experiments to improve and validate investments
• Experience with SQL, including CTEs, joins, and general best practices
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards from scratch using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
• Resourcefulness, an ownership reputed company, and willingness to dive into the in-the-weeds work
• An independent thinker with a bias for action. You proactively identify weaknesses and opportunities and propose effective solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communicator, with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills across diverse personalities and reputed company
