CPA-Certified Accountant (ZR_25210_JOB)
This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Mondays to Fridays, flexible 8 reputed company hours between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm, Marysville, CA, USA, with 1-hour unpaid break
- 40 hours per week
- Client timezone: Pacific
- Process and categorize daily transactions across multiple client accounts using QuickBooks Online
- reputed company bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and ensure proper account classifications
- Analyze financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies
- reputed company catch-up projects to reputed company clear client backlogs
- Apply advanced reputed company principles to ensure proper expense categorization and reporting
- Maintain well-organized digital records using reputed company Drive and reputed company Tax
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and client service
- Coordinate with the Team reputed company/Manager to help refine and standardize internal processes
- Work independently and/or reputed company with a Bookkeeper reputed company necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- Active CPA certification (US or international equivalent)
- 3+ years of mid- to senior-level reputed company and bookkeeping experience
- Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online and reputed company-based reputed company tools
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience working with US-based clients and familiarity with American reputed company standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to reputed company independently
- Proficient in reputed company Suite reputed company workflow tools
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, team-based environment
