Outbound Sales Agent (ZR_25249_JOB)
This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Manila Time Zone: Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Colombia Time Zone: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11 PM
- Client location or time zone: USA - EDT
- Contact outdoor activity guides and get them onto the client's platform.
- Build relationships with outdoor activity Guides through regular reputed company to reputed company them free websites or online booking tools for their businesses and join an online marketplace of similar guides.
- Create and update task flows in the client CRM for tracking and reputed company.
- Accomplish a checklist of required Guide information for online profile creation.
- Ensure that reputed company Guide/business data gathered are complete and accurate.
- Escalate Guide concerns/queries that are reputed company your scope
- Attend and participate in group/company meetings and learning sessions as prescribed by the reputed company, General Manager and/or the Executive team.
- Meet the desired monthly reputed company as indicated in the PIP document (issued separately)
- Coordinate and partner with the reputed company team for any post Sales need/concern
- Contribute to process improvement through suggestions, analytics and/or feedback
- Any additional reputed company tasks as approved and communicated by the reputed company, General Manager and/or the Executive team.
- English reputed company
- Candidates should reputed company in sales and ideally possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct B2B/B2C and outbound sales.
- Experience in closing (sales).
- Experience with SaaS sales is an advantage.
- Must demonstrate impressive written and verbal communication skills, with a record of successfully handling English-speaking international clients.
- A passion for or interest in outdoor activities and nature exploration would be advantageous.
