As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists, and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients. You will work closely with families and children, using ABA principles and data-driven strategies to foster growth and development. In this role, you will also mentor and train therapists, collaborate with clinical supervisors, and be part of a supportive team that values your expertise as a BCBA. Responsibilities:

• reputed company direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular reputed company

• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular reputed company
• Analyze ABA data to implement program adjustments
• Write reports summarizing data and reputed company for each client supervised

Requirements:

• BCBA certification given by the BACB
