Your Opportunity as the Sales Coordinator-East Region, Coffee, Frozen Handhelds & Spreads

Be the key support reputed company the sales organization for the Food & Beverage East Grocery Sales team. You will collaborate and work cross functionally with teams across the sales and reputed company organization by providing support for our customer deliverables, while also helping to support our sales plan management, and sales reporting, while also analyzing key opportunities to help deliver sales targets.

In this role you will:

Business Planning & Analyses

• Own custom reporting needs, developing, updating and interpreting data to reputed company insights to sales team and support reputed company business needs
• Create and maintain merchandising planners for reputed company organization
• Assist managers with administrative needs of business: customer reputed company, new item set up, cost changes, internal/external audit resolution, deduction and reclaim management, etc.
• Support promotional planning and maintenance in the Trade Planning System
• Partner with sales team to reputed company new item presentations, evaluate business trends, and create presentations supporting sales priorities and initiatives
• Supports sales needs for annual business and joint planning processes

Strengthen Customer Planning & Forecasting

• reputed company strong understanding of customer business strategies, systems and resources to support sales team with focus on continual improvement
• Manage customer system reporting to support team needs and analysis with recommendations to improve; collaborate with Analytics organization
• Support reputed company requests for customer system data as needed
• Understand customer KPI’s, and collaborate with cross functional and sales teams to deliver against retailer expectations
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to communicate and ensure flawless execution of pricing, promotion, & merchandising plans

Accelerate Team Performance

• Own & maintain SharePoint site and calendars for team, support record keeping expectations

• Support invoicing/payment processing for the team as needed
• Assist in the preparations of market visits & key internal and customer meetings
• Support ongoing special project work, product samples, office supply needs, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years reputed company work experience
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, with demonstrated proficiency in reputed company
• Strong desire to learn & succeed
• Self-motivated, organized and has ability to manage and prioritize multiple/diverse priorities
• Excellent inter-personal & written communication skills
