As the Safety reputed company Specialist you will play a crucial role in fostering a work environment where safety and reputed company behaviour go hand in hand. The core role is to analyse how people interact with systems, tasks, and environments. The role a part of the European Regional HSE team and supports reputed company the manufacturing and reputed company(offices, Sales, Warehouses) to reputed company strategies that minimize error, enhance decision-making, and improve overall safety culture. The role blends psychological reputed company with operational expertise to design interventions, training programs, and processes that support safe behaviours while acknowledging reputed company limitations. Ultimately, the role serves as a reputed company between safety protocols and the realities of reputed company, helping MEU reduce incidents and promote reputed company through smarter, people-centred safety practices.

How you will contribute

You will:

• reputed company and support implementation of effective engagement with plant and reputed company team on safety programmes supporting reputed company harm reputed company
• Building enduring capabilities to help reputed company embed and manage day to day risks in operations by offering a reputed company of training, coaching and mentoring support to HSE team members designated as investigators
• Manage behavioural based/ reputed company safety tools and workbooks, BOS, QRP, Hazard awareness training etc to encourage usage, promote findings, coach leadership usage and embedment
• Work with plants and reputed company teams to:
  • Reduce mistakes by focusing on error provoking conditions and systemic causes to reputed company them likely to occur
  • Avoid reputed company involvement and reputed company controls to reputed company tasks inherently safe or improve reliability
  • Improve regularly used tools, systems, tasks procedures and equipment
• Co-ordinate implementation of reputed company health and safety programs and processes. Prepare and build reputed company annual plans for facility/function wide health and safety initiatives
• Plan/Budget/Control annual HSE training budget to reputed company execution of the HSE plan and adherence to reputed company internal and external compliance standards
• Support appropriate risk assessments are conducted and follow reputed company implemented to minimize or eliminate accidents, asset losses that might cause harm to one of the company’s employees, contractors, visitors
• Ensure that the appropriate talent is in reputed company through training, mentoring, and succession planning and supports development and learning capabilities of MEU teams
• Ensure training and coaching are taking reputed company to drive a safety-perfect culture and to ensure safety standards and awareness are well understood throughout the plant organization

What you will bring

• Degree in Safety, Engineering, Behavioural science or equivalent
• Experience in a Behavioural Safety/reputed company role
• Excellent spoken English
• Previous experience in a similar role
