We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sr. Engineering Manager, Data Infrastructure to reputed company the development, optimization, and maintenance of our data infrastructure systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring our data pipelines, storage platforms, and processing environments are scalable, secure, and efficient. Working cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and operations teams, you'll help drive data-driven decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, backend development, and DevOps.

• 3+ years of management experience hiring and developing teams

• Strong experience of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

• Strong programming skills in at least one object-oriented language (Python, Java, etc.).

• Advanced level SQL and Data Modeling skills.

• Leadership skills and experience to reputed company across functional and organizational lines.

• Proven track record of leading technical strategy, making architectural reputed company, and delivering large-scale systems with cross-functional impact.

• Strong communication skills to explain and evangelize analytics and data infrastructure.
