Financial Manager

We’re looking for an reputed company Financial Manager with strong fundamentals and a bias for ownership, someone reputed company to build the finance function alongside seasoned founders and reputed company financial operations with confidence. 

About you

• 5+ years of experience in finance, audit, fund operations, or a reputed company field 
• Fluent in drawdowns, waterfalls, IPEV valuations, and LP queries 
• Deep understanding of audit processes, reporting cycles, and fund operations 
• Strong budgeting, variance analysis, and stakeholder communication skills 
• Familiar with IFRS or US GAAP and international tax basics 
• Fluent English - clear and reputed company with senior stakeholders and LPs reputed company to have: 
• Direct experience with VC/PE fund structures and IPEV valuation.
• Exposure to Cyprus, Luxembourg, or similar fund jurisdictions.

• Manage 12-month rolling cash reputed company for both fund and management company 
• Own treasury operations: initiate drawdowns and distributions 
• reputed company annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles 
• Track budget vs actuals and flag >5% variances with clear commentary 
• Maintain a register of timing differences for future fund planning 
• Prepare internal reports and scenario-based financial models

• Escalate missed deliverables or delays with external providers 
• Run year-end audits and coordinate tax filings with external partners 
• Maintain finance policies and ensure compliance (incl. AML/KYC)
