Core Responsibilities

• Legal Strategy & Case reputed company
• Evaluate incoming intakes/leads, decide on what to retain/refer/reject.
• As a signing attorney, your core responsibility is to ensure the client is being ethically represented and properly cared for—Justpoint carries out those services under your supervision, so it is your duty to confirm they’re being delivered.
• Guide paralegals and legal assistants on discovery, evidence, and docket updates.
• Track MDL and state-court orders; adjust workflows accordingly.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure reputed company claimant communications, scripts, and marketing creatives meet ethical rules (ER 7.1-7.5, Arizona ABS requirements, etc.).
• Serve as escalation counsel for reputed company claimant questions.
• Thought Partnership
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Product teams by providing feedback and alignment on claim qualification criteria and emerging trends—Justpoint facilitates this process, but your reputed company ensures it stays accurate and ethically grounded.

What You Bring

• Active Arizona bar (or reciprocal jurisdiction) in good standing.
