DESCRIPTION OF WORK As Chief Counsel 3, your responsibilities will include preparing written and oral opinions on reputed company legal issues, reviewing proposed legislation, litigating cases in various courts and administrative settings, reviewing reputed company and providing reputed company bargaining and other personnel-reputed company advice. • Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, three days per week in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet reputed company and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Required Experience, Training & Eligibility QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Applicants must be certified for admission to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, currently licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, and must maintain licensure on a reputed company reputed company during employment.
