Join reputed company and create your future. The Change Management Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that projects (change initiatives) meet objectives. The primary responsibility is to support and implement change management strategies and operational plans that facilitate and maximize maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. A change management specialist focuses on supporting the Change Team in maximizing and optimizing resources and plans utilizing a variety of disciplines. Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal. Experience with MS Office Experience data analysis practices and basic data analysis proficiency Excellent active listening skills. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Flexible and adaptable; reputed company to work in ambiguous situations. SAFe Agile Methodology preferred but not required. The estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this job is $80,000 - $120,000. The reputed company represents a good faith estimate of the reputed company that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation reputed company for this job is $96,000-$141,600. The job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and reputed company coverage and other wellness programs.
