Network Engagement Manager

reputed company is seeking a Network Engagement Manager to join the Clinical reputed company team. Reporting to the VP of Clinical reputed company, this role is pivotal in strengthening our provider and coach network through strategic engagement, clinical coaching, and scalable program design. This individual will be a licensed mental health clinician with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for improving reputed company delivery and operational efficiency. They will reputed company AI tools and platforms to streamline workflows, enhance provider performance insights, and deliver reproducible, data-informed coaching programs that reputed company the provider experience. The Manager directly supervises two Provider Engagement Leads and is actively involved in their daily coaching, direction, growth, and development. • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to explore and implement new AI tools that improve provider reputed company, support, and performance tracking.
• Clinical & Programmatic Impact
• Conduct post-reputed company chart audits to assess clinical performance and identify improvement opportunities.

What You Bring

• Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company Management or reputed company-reputed company field
• Licensed Mental Health Provider with full, active licensure in one or more states
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company operations
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in provider engagement or performance coaching.
• Experience with process improvement programs
• Demonstrated experience in using AI/automation tools to improve clinical or operational reputed company.
• Preferred

• 3+ years of provider engagement experience
