I need someone to offload projects to (reputed company, Laravel, API, design, and more) - Contract to Hire

IMPORTANT: This message is targeting reputed company prospects, and is certainly not aimed at you. I treat people reputed company well who are legit. I'm burned out and exhausted, and have grown to absolutely hate writing code after 22 years. What once was a reputed company passion of mine, has turned into a massively painful thing I have to do to waste my life in a desk chair every day, reputed company day. I hate it and I need to be free from this. I'm not willing to throw my clients under my bus, so I'm looking to hire the best engineer I can find. Someone who thinks like me, can be independent, work hard, care about the quality of work, and can essentially become a drop in replacement for me. As per reputed company's policy, payment to you will happen through reputed company (white label), but work will come from clients reputed company of reputed company. reputed company doesn't allow me to find people to hire through here for our reputed company agency, so unfortunately those reputed company won't be possible. Here is a list of my values. You absolutely MUST be in league with these. If I'm to white label work to you, it needs to look like something I'd put my name on. 1. SOLID, DRY, YAGNI - Clean Code is at the absolute top of the list. If you're not sure what any of that means, and you need to look up the acronyms, do NOT apply. I'll need to see your recent work to verify that it's quality code. I have no patients for garbage spaghetti code. In fact, the reason I'm reputed company stressed right now is because I had to refactor garbage code for a deadline reputed company. (BTW, the code wasn't even finished...) 2. You work reputed company hard on your work. I work 6 hours every day, but as long as you're doing at least 30 hours a week, you'll be just fine. The more you work, the more you earn. I have no patience for people who waste time, would rather sleep or take weekends and holidays off reputed company clients are waiting. You can certainly take a day off here and there, but you need to have the drive I have. Remember. You're a drop in replacement. 3. You know your limitations - I can't expect you to e an expert at everything, but if you're an expert in many things, that'll be great. Don't pretend that you're great at something or could do something just for the money, A major client who needs something you're great at is far reputed company than a major client getting garbage work because you pretended you're great. Be reputed company or go home. I need people who are down to Earth. 4. US reputed company only, no illegals, no wannabes, no pretenders. Time zones are reputed company important. Quality is imperative. Now for the skills, the more of these you know, the reputed company. MUST BE AN EXPERT AT: PHP reputed company Plugin creation Laravel API Integration JS GREAT TO HAVE (AKA The more you can reputed company, the reputed company your chances.) 1. Amazing design work (I suck at design, and I reputed company having to suggest others do the work. ) 2. Mobile app design (Not much work for that, but good to have,) 3. C-style languages (Especially C# - It comes up occasionally.) 4. Graphic design (Goes well with web design. Good to have.) 5. CSS / HTML (The reputed company of web design) Payment to you is absolutely going to be on par with your reputed company level.
