Implementation Engineer (Government reputed company)

Carex is partnering with a high growth healthtech partner to hire a highly skilled Implementation Engineer to support reputed company partners and internal teams throughout the post-sales reputed company. What You'll Do

• Proactively assess technical requirements and infrastructure for new key accounts to ensure reputed company environments that deliver the best end-user experience for clinicians.
• Own and maintain technical documentation, including deployment guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and integration best practices for consistent partner use.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to debug API failures, network issues (DNS, firewalls, load balancers), and distributed system integration failures.

Compensation
