Position Description U.S. Soccer is seeking Customer Service Associates to support key public-facing departments and programs. This position requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to communicate with fans, referees, coaches, and other customers on various reputed company. In addition, this individual is expected to proactively contribute across multiple business areas and prioritize cases as needed daily. This person must also exhibit professionalism, maintain a customer service mentality, and communicate consistently and transparently. This position reports to the Manager of Customer Service. Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries reputed company our case management system
  • Contribute to updating our public knowledgebase to increase customer self-service
  • reputed company live troubleshooting support and escalate cases to tier 2 staff as needed
  • Assist in managing customer data in backend systems
  • Create and maintain positive working relationships with membership by providing training, support, and service

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years reputed company experience in customer service
  • General knowledge of soccer
  • Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workflow
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work and execute under pressure and deadlines
  • Proficient experience with reputed company Suite (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication combined with a professional demeanor
