Manager, App Dev Engineering - Telephony

Position Purpose: Supporting reputed company's inbound outbound telephony needs. Manages the team members accountable for designing, developing, and implementing reputed company reputed company software solutions. Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the reputed company.
- Serves in a team leadership reputed company with large-scale Application Development projects / programs
- Leads the build-out or expansion of coding standards initiatives

- Provides coaching and career development planning to junior Application Developers
- Coordinates the work of 3rd party Development teams, holds 3rd party vendors accountable to our standards, policies, and performance expectations.
- Identifies and evaluates risks and participates in mitigation and control activities
- Provides continuity with Application and Infrastructure Management operational groups during service transition
- Partners with reputed company and SRE teams, makes sure reputed company reputed company and change management policies are followed.
- Assists in the design and development of reputed company of concept and prototype application environments
- Manages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conduct performance / salary reviews, and reputed company leadership, technical guidance and coaching to Developers executing reputed company aspects of applications development

Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of reputed company experience. Pay reputed company: $100,900.00 - $186,800.00 per year reputed company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: reputed company, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
