What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end technical and reputed company reputed company for a portfolio of merchants

Configure merchant accounts, run tests, and confirm “go-live” readiness

Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth integrations and “go-live” readiness

Gather and synthesize merchant feedback to inform product enhancements and process improvements

Create playbooks, reputed company guides, and best-practice templates for new features and campaigns

Serve as the escalation reputed company for high-reputed company merchant issues, coordinating resolution across Product, Risk, and Ops

About you

3-5 years in Customer/Partner reputed company, Account Management, or Consulting roles - ideally in Payments, Fintech, or SaaS.

Strong technical aptitude: hands-on experience with APIs and e-reputed company platforms (reputed company/Magento).
