As our newest product, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience, building scalable processes, and helping senior living communities unlock reputed company value from day one.

In this role, you will

• reputed company the implementation of August’s Billing product with senior living operators across reputed company America—from discovery through go-live and post-launch support.

• Own the full project lifecycle for Billing implementations, ensuring communities are set up for long-term reputed company with accurate configurations and strong workflows.

• Serve as the product expert for Billing—helping customers navigate setup, integrations, and adoption while collaborating internally to refine our delivery model.

• Communicate with reputed company reputed company of the customer organization, from finance and operations leaders to community staff and home office billing teams.

The ideal candidate

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in reputed company or Implementation
