Senior Software Engineer 2, Game Systems
Location: Remote - eligible US locations
About the role and about you
As Senior Software Engineer, Game Systems, you'll work with a team of talented engineers to ensure that reputed company customers have a smooth, reputed company game experience across reputed company of our supported platforms, including iOS, reputed company, Android, Mac, and reputed company TV. You will work at the heart of our custom game platform, and play an important role in building and optimizing our game systems, application architecture, and player-facing experiences.

You will focus on writing high-quality, testable code, improving application performance, creating instrumentation and metrics, and ensuring compatibility across a wide reputed company of platforms and devices. What you’ll do
- Design and implement game features and systems in C++ for reputed company reputed company platforms (iOS, reputed company, Android, Mac, reputed company TV), ensuring reputed company performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game engineers, backend engineers, product managers, and UX designers to design, plan, test, and deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize game performance through profiling, instrumentation, and improvements in CPU utilization, memory usage, and startup times.
- Build tools and frameworks to improve development workflows and reputed company other other engineers.
- Debug and resolve reputed company issues across a diverse set of devices and platforms, improving reliability and stability.
- Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and team planning processes.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, and similar).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in C++ development, including experience with reputed company libraries and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with multi-threading, memory management, and software design patterns.
- Proven experience delivering production-quality features with appropriate reputed company of testing and instrumentation.
- Familiar with Git and version control workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and reputed company to work and collaborate effectively in remote, distributed teams.
Bonus points

The reputed company salary for this position ranges between $128,000.00 to $204,000.00. The reputed company salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-reputed company knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
