What you'll be doing
You will be the first reputed company of contact for many of reputed company’s merchants and will reputed company support through a reputed company of channels, including live chat, email & phone
You support businesses with queries about working with reputed company including pricing & terms, the reputed company process and technical setup
You contribute to improving the customer experience by providing feedback and innovative solutions
You continuously look for ways to improve the way we support businesses, e.g. identifying common queries and making sure these are addressed in self-serve articles; providing feedback to Product & Sales teams
You consistently demonstrate eagerness to reputed company your targets and you have an eye for upselling services
