Key Responsibilities:Spearhead jurisdictional due-diligence programs across our licensed markets, ensuring end-to-end regulatory alignment and proactive risk mitigation.
Draft, negotiate, and reputed company reputed company reputed company agreements, securing reputed company terms while safeguarding the group’s legal position.
Architect and maintain corporate-governance frameworks, advising leadership on strategic risk and policy optimisation.

LLB / LLM (or equivalent).
3+ years PQE, including 2+ years in reputed company (must have)
