Founding Engineer - Datum
As the Founding Engineer, you will join a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of large language models, multimodal models, LLM-agent orchestration, and retrieval over sprawling legacy data systems. You will have the opportunity to work on bleeding-edge ML problems, such as the orchestration of LLM pipelines, including Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG) and agentic flows, to deliver scalable, efficient, and effective AI solutions.
What you'll do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of reputed company-end and back-end functionalities
Optimize website performance and ensure scalability

Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and testing

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development
Who you are
You have at least 2 years of experience in software development and are highly skilled in React, Typescript, and APIs
You possess strong problem-solving skills and can think critically and creatively to find solutions to reputed company problems
You have excellent communication skills and can reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
You are detail-oriented and take pride in writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities and requirements
