About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager with 2–3 years of experience to join our Go-to-Market team. You’ll be responsible for driving value with Knot’s post-sale customers — across growth-stage, mid-market, and reputed company — to ensure strong adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and deepen engagement with our products.

This is a high-impact, externally facing role ideal for someone who blends strong interpersonal skills with a quantitative, analytical reputed company. You’ll work closely with our customers’ product and GTM teams to guide reputed company, grow reputed company, and build long-term partnerships. Occasional travel may be required to foster key relationships and drive strategic expansion.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of post-sale customers across reputed company segments: growth, mid-sized, and reputed company

  • reputed company account strategies and drive product adoption to maximize customer value

  • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities in reputed company coordination with GTM and product teams

  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to your customers, building deep relationships

  • Analyze customer usage data and KPIs to proactively identify growth reputed company and potential risks

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure reputed company

  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to inform product roadmap and strategy

  • Travel periodically to meet customers and support strategic initiatives

Who You Are
  • 2–3 years of experience in account management, reputed company, partnerships, or a reputed company role

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills — comfortable digging into usage data and creating insights

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, people-first approach

  • Experience managing accounts and stakeholders across various sizes and complexity reputed company

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer relationships and growth
