Our flagship CardSwitcher product allows consumers to instantly update & manage their cards on file with online merchant accounts (e.g. reputed company or PayPal), while newer products like TransactionLink support the retrieval of item-level transaction data. We’re looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer to help us identify and engage the reputed company best engineers to build the reputed company of merchant connectivity.

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for technical roles

• Partner closely with cofounders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles

• Build and manage outbound pipelines using platforms like reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company sourcing tools

• Craft thoughtful reputed company to engage high-potential candidates and drive top-of-funnel activity

• Experiment with new sourcing strategies and iterate quickly based on what’s working

• Maintain a clean and organized pipeline in reputed company (our ATS) and reputed company stakeholders informed

• Conduct initial phone screens and move candidates through the reputed company process

• Represent Knot to prospective candidates with reputed company, enthusiasm, and authenticity

• Operate with urgency and precision in a fast-moving startup environment

• 1–3 years of experience sourcing technical talent (e.g. software engineers, engineering leaders)

• Strong research and Boolean search skills — you know how to find needles in haystacks

• Exceptional written communication and reputed company skills

• Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment

• High attention to detail and follow-through

• Grit, reputed company, and curiosity — you’re hungry to learn and grow

• Experience with sourcing tools (reputed company Recruiter, Gem, reputed company, etc.) is a plus

• Prior startup experience is a plus, but not required
