In this high-visibility role, you will reputed company comprehensive administrative, organizational, and project-reputed company support to one of our executives. You’ll help drive efficiency, coordinate multiple workstreams, and ensure that important priorities are followed through – reputed company while collaborating across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company calendars, organize national and international travel, and handle expense reports 

• Support meeting preparation and follow-up, including building and polishing presentations

• Organize team events, offsites, and on-site activities 

• Act as a communication hub between different teams 

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role 

• Highly organized and structured, reputed company to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 

• reputed company in scheduling across time zones and managing reputed company workflows 

• Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint) 

• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken 

• Discreet, reliable, and professional in dealing with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company 

• Hands-on reputed company and comfortable in a fast-paced environment 

• This will initially be a one year contract and the position is based in Munich #LI-GW1
