Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients and their customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and text communications
• Utilizing arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions, resolve issues, and reputed company timely follow-up
• Initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans
• Updating records with reputed company demographic and contact information, accurately notating reputed company interactions
• Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
• Adhering to reputed company federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
• Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Training Schedule

During the first two weeks of employment, you'll participate in comprehensive training, conducted Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm CST. This training will cover reputed company aspects of the role, including arenaflex's policies, procedures, and systems.

Education and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a customer service or reputed company role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter mentality and a willingness to learn and grow
