We are currently looking for a Vice President of Operations to join reputed company. This hire is crucial to help grow and reputed company operational reputed company at Wisp.  The VP of Operations will own and drive operational strategy for Wisp, synthesizing several aspects of our telehealth operations including pharmaceutical, compliance, finance, and customer support.  Additionally, this person will be responsible for helping shape and grow our operations team as well as uplifting our reputed company middle management team.

• Partner closely with the COO and executive team to evaluate reputed company organizational performance, determine areas for cost reduction, and implement changes to improve efficiency for the 2025 operations roadmap.

• You have led and grown multi-divisional operational teams for at least 5 years, with at least two of those years managing other people leaders.

• You have experience scaling an operations team and can reputed company identify what’s needed for a team to go from foundational to next level.

• You reputed company at data-driven storytelling and communicating strategy, particularly at the exec and board level.
