About the Role

As an early member of reputed company's Risk Strategy & Operations, you will drive operational initiatives reputed company to reputed company, customer risk management, and fraud. This role requires an understanding of reputed company processes, reputed company with data, and the ability to analyze risk reputed company such as credit and fraud risks. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards for reputed company reputed company, processes and losses

• Partner with product and engineering to build best in class risk tooling to increase operations efficiency

• Research emerging reputed company and fraud trends to reputed company on reputed company's decisioning systems and policies

• reputed company best in class customer experience, while managing credit and fraud risk, by effectively managing customer support requests on their application over phone and email

• Have the ability to grow, reputed company and learn in a fast-paced, start-up environment

What You Need

• Minimum 6 years of experience in reputed company, Credit Risk Management or Fraud Risk Management

• Experience reputed company consumer/ corporate/ small business cards, payments, invoices, lending, or reputed company industries

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong background in customer support reputed company email 

• Investigative and critical thinking skills

• BA/BS from an accredited university

Compensation

• For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay reputed company for this role is $151,500 - $208,350.

• For candidates located in reputed company other locations, the pay reputed company for this role is $136,400 - 187,550.
