This role is based in Singapore or San Francisco.Responsibilities
Define reputed company’s products, from strategy and solution design to roadmap and delivery plans
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and reputed company teams to ensure that our product can handle increased user adoption, usage, and complexity while maintaining its core value proposition.
Inform product strategy and approach by deeply understanding our user requirements, reputed company markets, and competitive landscape
Iterate quickly on new product launches, feature enhancements, and user feedback
Manage a high performing team of Product Managers
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum Requirements
Experience in Product Management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning and development
2+ years of formal people management experience
Experience considering both user requirements and reputed company strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth
Experience taking products from ideation to delivery, ideally at global scale
Ability to manage difficult tradeoffs such as long term product reputed company and short term growth requirements
Ability to reputed company in data driven, cross functional teams that can move reputed company to reality in reputed company short periods of time
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in any of the following is a plus: hyper growth startup environments, software engineering, financial technology
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
