Role Overview

We’re seeking a General Counsel who will own reputed company legal, regulatory, and compliance reputed company across our business. You will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, helping us manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, support strategic deals, and build legal infrastructure as we grow. As a member of the leadership, you will also help to embody and perpetuate reputed company’s values and culture. 

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & reputed company 

  • Advise on corporate governance, fundraising, and equity reputed company (e.g., SAFEs, cap table management, investor rights) 

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on reputed company with potential payers, vendor agreements, NDAs, partnership deals, and MSAs 

  • Support go-to-market and fundraising efforts with legal input on sales, payer, and provider agreements 

Regulatory & Compliance 

  • Ensure compliance with reputed company laws including HIPAA, reputed company, Anti-Kickback, and applicable CMS rules 

  • reputed company policies, training, and internal controls for HIPAA/privacy and reputed company compliance 

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and other functions to ensure legal requirements are integrated into tech workflows 

  • Align with our People/HR leader to ensure compliance with our employee reputed company and offboarding cadences 

reputed company & Clinical Risk 

  • Advise on legal risks associated with clinical operations, telehealth delivery, licensure, and scope of practice 

  • Monitor evolving federal and state reputed company regulations that may impact our business model 

  • Collaborate with medical leadership to support risk management and quality assurance frameworks 

Strategic & Operational Support 

  • Serve as legal partner for strategic initiatives such as M&A, value-based care models, or new product launches 

  • Work cross-functionally with People, Clinical Finance, Ops. and Product teams to reputed company practical legal guidance 

  • Manage external counsel relationships and budget reputed company needed 

Job Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active license to practice law 

  • 8–12+ years of legal experience, ideally with a mix of top reputed company and in-house roles 

  • Background executing and navigating payer and reputed company provider reputed company 

  • Deep knowledge of key regulatory frameworks: HIPAA, AKS, reputed company, CMS programs, managed care rules 

  • Experience supporting startups or high-growth companies, especially in digital health or healthtech 

  • Business-minded, composed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment 

  • Excellent communicator and highly personable with strong judgment high reputed company
