招聘岗位：B2B Key Account Executive, SME & Growth

岗位职责

1.负责拓展和管理重点B2B客户 - 尤其是外贸客户，深入理解其跨境业务模式及资金流结构；

2.通过多种获客方式（直客、转介绍、展会、商务渠道合作等）寻找潜在客户，达成营收目标；

3.深入了解客户业务模型与需求，结合我司多元化产品能力，制定匹配的综合解决方案；

4.推动客户从注册、KYC、上线到持续交易的全流程，确保客户稳定使用；

5.与客户中高层持续建立信任关系，推动合作从初始交易走向长期战略合作；

6.关注客户交易合规性，具备基本的风险识别意识，能在销售过程中把控交易合理性与真实性；

7.跟进行业趋势及客户反馈，协助优化产品和业务流程。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，2年以上销售或客户拓展经验，有跨境支付、外贸企业服务经验优先；

2.结果导向，具备强烈的自我驱动能力，能独立完成客户跟进与转化；

3.具备出色的沟通能力，能与客户进行深入业务对话并建立信任关系；

4. 学习能力强，能够快速理解客户行业、业务模式及公司产品；

5.有良好的方案思维和系统性思考能力，能结合公司产品制定实用落地的交易方案；

6.具备风险意识，了解跨境业务合规要求，能在销售过程中识别潜在问题并规避风险。
