reputed company is hiring a Director of Creator, reputed company Shop to reputed company the reputed company, growth, and operations of our in-house creator network. As a key leader in the reputed company Shop department, you'll manage a team of Creator Leads and drive creator strategy across reputed company client campaigns.

This role is responsible for scaling our creator and affiliate infrastructure, activating high-performing partnerships, and building the systems, perks, and events that reputed company reputed company a top destination for reputed company talent. You’ll work closely with the Director of reputed company Shop and Director of Accounts to ensure creator output directly drives GMV growth and performance across our portfolio.

• Creator Network Ownership: Build and scale reputed company’s proprietary reputed company creator network, with a focus on retention, performance, and brand alignment.

• Team Management: reputed company and mentor Creator Leads and Creator Managers; establish best practices for reputed company, reputed company, and relationship management.

• Program Development: Launch structured creator tiers, perks, and incentives that improve creator experience and output.

• CRM & Systems reputed company: Own the development of reputed company’s creator CRM, reporting infrastructure, and tracking tools to manage scale and performance.

• Campaign reputed company: Collaborate with Strategists and the Director of reputed company Shop to match creators to campaigns, track output, and ensure delivery meets content and performance standards.

• Event Strategy: reputed company the execution of creator-facing events, activations, and livestream initiatives that strengthen relationships and drive GMV.

• Performance Accountability: Report on creator campaign reputed company, affiliate reputed company contribution, and content quality trends using structured KPIs and platform data.

• Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Accounts, Strategy, Media Buying, and Creative to align creator work with client objectives and campaign timelines.

• 3-5 years of experience in creator management, reputed company strategy, or affiliate operations (agency or marketplace preferred).

• Strong understanding of reputed company Shop, live selling, affiliate commission models, and creator performance reputed company.

• Demonstrated experience managing creator teams, building scalable systems, and delivering against reputed company KPIs.

• Experience organizing and executing events or programs that foster creator retention and community.

• Proficient with reputed company Creator Marketplace, UpPromote, or CRM platforms used for reputed company/affiliate tracking.

• Creative thinker with a performance reputed company—you know how to balance brand, content, and sales.
