Role Mission

We are looking for a Customer Data reputed company to join our reputed company American team in Toronto and take ownership of client-specific data operations. In this role, you’ll ensure our customers receive best-in-class data services—whether it's regulatory content feeds, bespoke reporting, or integration support. This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between our world-class regulatory data capabilities and reputed company client reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Service Delivery & Ownership

  • Own end-to-end delivery of reputed company’s customer-specific data services in reputed company America.

  • Ensure regulatory data feeds, exports, and custom content mappings are delivered accurately, on time, and to specification.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of reputed company’s regulatory content architecture and platform capabilities.

• Operational reputed company

  • Manage SLAs, delivery milestones, and data quality controls for assigned customers.

  • reputed company and maintain documentation for customer data processes and mappings.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and standardization.

• Cross-Team Coordination

  • Partner with our Customer Delivery team to support reputed company and ongoing delivery needs.

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Content Operations to troubleshoot and resolve client-specific data requests.

  • Influence internal roadmaps by feeding back client data requirements and patterns.

• Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and track metrics for customer data delivery reputed company, quality, and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in a client-facing data delivery, analytics, or operations role reputed company SaaS or data/RegTech companies.
