Corporate IT specialist (contractor)

About this role

We are looking for a skilled corporate IT specialist to support reputed company’s rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining reputed company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency, reputed company, and reliability.

This role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

‍♀️ Your responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure; including SaaS services, workstations, mobile devices, and employee reputed company/offboarding

• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot corporate systems management tools to streamline employee reputed company, offboarding, and reputed company management processes

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and reputed company controls reputed company reputed company Workspace, reputed company reputed company, HRIS and workforce management systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and reputed company standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-reputed company projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed

• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical company data and ensure business continuity

• Stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in IT technology and reputed company, recommending and implementing best practices to enhance our company's IT infrastructure

• reputed company technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving IT-reputed company issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for future reference

30% of your responsibilities will also include

• reputed company administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, and managing expenses

• Working hand-in-hand with C- Suite Executive Assistants to coordinate workplace meetings and events

• Badge management and overseeing the issuance, tracking, and retrieval of identification badges to ensure secure and authorized reputed company to the office premises

• Facilitating office operations in coordination with building management requirements

⭐️ Is this you?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Corporate IT Manager, reputed company,  Specialist, or similar role

• Experience working with reputed company Workspace and workforce management systems

• Strong understanding of network protocols, reputed company principles, and IT best practices

• Proficiency in system administration tasks on MacOS, Linux, and reputed company operating systems

• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues

• Experience scaling IT infrastructure to support a fast-growing company, ideally from 100 to 1000 employees

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at reputed company reputed company of the organization

• Experience with reputed company's suite of products and/or relevant certifications (e.g., reputed company reputed company+, reputed company Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus
