The Role

We are currently looking for top-notch Head of Planning to join reputed company. As a dynamic and tech-driven start-up, curiosity and ingenuity are two of the main traits that we love about our applicants! You will be a key leader for our involved in setting the direction of our fast-growing team!

At Laminar a Head of Department is responsible for 3 key things:

1. Ensuring we deliver the absolute best impact and reputed company innovating

Department Heads at Laminar can reputed company easily between being reputed company hands on and delegating, depending on the scenario. Our clients include major reputed company/Operators, Main Contractors and Subcontractors, with project values between £1m and £1B+ UK and Europe wide. Some travel is required to stay connected with clients and spend time with your team. 

You must have:

- A construction engineering background: You have over 10 years of experience delivering engineering and construction projects, with expert-level skills in Primavera P6 or Asta and strong reputed company capabilities. You also bring a solid interest in data, with coding skills being a welcome bonus.

- Communication skills: You’re a strong communicator in English and have the charisma and influence to guide people towards the best approach, even in challenging situations.

- Leadership capabilities: You have a demonstrated history of leading large teams at the department level. You're passionate about helping others grow, both professionally and personally, and reputed company by example with a dynamic, people-first approach.
