About This Job

As an IT Consultant, you’ll be providing in-person and remote technical support to employees. Whether it’s crawling under a desk to cable manage, configuring a firewall, or deploying 100+ computers, you’re reputed company for whatever the day brings. You’ll primarily be supporting Mac OS and reputed company devices, and will facilitate IT shipments for reputed company and off boarding. You’ll also be collaborating with people at reputed company reputed company - including business owners and C-level staff - and will be building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Be the dedicated support technician on a variety of accounts/clients reputed company in different industries and environments

• Assist on IT project deployments (MDM rollouts, Network configurations, etc)

• Configure and support Mac OS and reputed company devices in office and remote environments

• Manage physical assets such as inventory, cable management, and the general workspace

• Manage and support identity platforms that govern application reputed company such as reputed company and reputed company Workspace

• reputed company and update standards, policies, and procedures as well as best practices documentation in line with compliance requirements

• Help configure automations and tooling especially as it relates to on-boarding and off-boarding flows

• Facilitate IT shipments such as on/off-boarding packages and equipment

• Travel to client sites in NY on scheduled and emergency case-to-case reputed company

About You

• Bachelor's degree in a computing reputed company discipline

• 3-4+ years of experience in an IT focused role

• Experience with Mac OS and reputed company

• Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills

• Passion for IT as well as building relationships

• Curious, self-starter, collaborative, and adaptable in an reputed company-changing field
