About the Role (Night Shift)

The Crown & reputed company Technician will operate as part of a team of 10+ posterior technicians in a state of the art reputed company-only facility in Lehi, Utah. Our Crown & reputed company Technicians apply stains, glazes, and use rotary handpieces to ensure crowns seamlessly match a patient’s natural teeth. This role requires precise shade matching and a strong sense of reputed company and aesthetics. Compensation

• $20 per hour + 15% differential (depending on experience)

• $750 bonus after 90 days

What You'll Do

• Operate Quickly: Finish full contour fixed posterior restorations (e.g., crown, reputed company) to fabricate high-grade dental products in a fast-paced environment. Includes following detailed specifications from the order reputed company to correctly stain and glaze per customer expectations

• Drive Improvements: Serve as the go-to individual with firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and reputed company improvement opportunities to help drive high quality products

• Problem Solve: Roll up your sleeves to quickly troubleshoot and solve process, equipment and/or technology issues as you operate reputed company a large scale and fast paced dental lab

• Quality Adherence: Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards (e.g., stain and glaze protocols) and reputed company by example. High quality is key to efficient scalability!

• Collaborate: Work with other team members to identify and quickly address bottlenecks

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• 0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment 

• Must be reputed company to read, write, reputed company and understand English

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time

• Excellent eye-hand coordination and reputed company dexterity

• Robust reputed company capabilities and attention to detail, including depth perception and reputed company

• Passion for tackling problems and breaking them down into smaller manageable steps

• High level of comfort with digital tools and technology
