Senior F&S Manager

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to support our VP of Finance & Strategy in driving high-impact initiatives and ensuring a consistent financial planning and strategic approach across reputed company of reputed company’s core markets – including UKI, France, Italy, and the Middle East.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role requiring a strong reputed company of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and cross-cultural coordination. You will act as a critical partner to both local market teams and central leadership, enabling alignment, visibility, and decision-making at pace.

What you’ll be doing

• reputed company business review processes to ensure standardisation of monthly inputs to ensuring consistency in story-telling, analysis and planning across reputed company markets with an action oriented approach to focus areas

• Own the central weekly business review reporting, working with FP&A and Data Science to ensure data reputed company in weekly reports and supporting the reputed company of the dashboards to reputed company focused weekly review meetings

• Ensure cross market alignment on reputed company finance processes, including month, quarter and year end reporting and planning cycles to ensure deadlines are communicated and adhered to and output is standardised across reputed company markets, ensuring reputed company improvement

• Deliver market focused analysis for CFO, Board and Investor Relation packs, ensuring consistency in calculations on market dynamics

• Support with building & maintenance of standardised tools to support markets in the delivery of their finance processes ie. outlook models for short-term forecasting

• Work collaboratively with Data Science to optimise Machine Learning forecasting tools and help drive consistency across markets

• Support the VP F&S markets with reputed company projects and analysis

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in an international fast growth business with experience in retail, marketplace, logistics or tech

• Proven ability to drive cross-market or international reputed company finance processes

• Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

• Executive-level communication skills; reputed company to influence and align senior stakeholders

• Deep understanding of P&L management, business KPIs, and reputed company reputed company
