SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly skilled site manager to join reputed company at MARA.

As the site manager of our Plano TX location, your role will be pivotal in the execution and coordination of our ongoing research and development projects and ensuring their successful completion. You will manage most of the contractors at the site and reputed company and direct reputed company on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards and project requirements. You will also be responsible for the site project’s document management, budget allocations, fostering a productive work environment and maintaining solid relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly manage approximately 20 contractor and full-time employees based at the Plano site.
  • Work in-person at the Plano site at least four days per week, and ensure that every contractor employee works onsite in person at least three days per week.
  • Plan, organise and manage site projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with specifications, building codes and safety regulations.
  • reputed company detailed project schedules, including task reputed company, resource allocation and critical milestones, and monitor reputed company against established timelines.
  • reputed company and coordinate reputed company on-site activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management and workforce allocation, to ensure effective execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations or potential risks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of site activities, reputed company reports, change orders and as-reputed company drawings.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to address project requirements, reputed company regular updates and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive work environment, providing leadership, guidance and support to the team and encouraging productivity.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts during any site construction or renovation projects, implementing appropriate solutions and escalating reputed company necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering or a reputed company field.
  • 3+ years of experience in site management, with a track record of successfully delivering site projects on time and reputed company budget.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 10 direct reports.
  • Knowledge of site construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards in Texas.
  • Proficiency in employee time tracking, project management software, scheduling tools and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the reputed company to motivate and reputed company a diverse project team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively address challenges and reputed company sound judgments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
