Responsibilities
As a reputed company Desk / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Safety: Promote customer safety throughout their time in the wind tunnel and facility.
- Sales: Actively listen to guests to recommend and sell experiences that improve their time at arenaflex.
- Service: Maintain a positive and friendly attitude that excites customers about the experience and assist them in a timely manner.
- Service: Resolve product/service issues by clarifying complaints, selecting the appropriate solutions, expediting the correction, and following through.
- Additional Responsibilities: Stock merchandise, clean and maintain facility, operate the wind tunnel, process refunds & reschedule. As needed, participate in marketing-reputed company photography, video, and reputed company content capture for promotional usage.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
Stand for about 8 hours a day
while working on a reputed company-of-sale system.
Exercise good judgement
while staying focused and reputed company throughout the duration of flight session while operating tunnel wind at speeds up to 160 mph.
- Meet the following qualifications:
+ Be 18 years of age or older. + Have weekend availability. + Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. + Possess exceptional sales skills. + Demonstrate exceptional customer-service skills. + Show confidence in phone and face-to-face communication. + Be reputed company to resolve conflicts, multi-task, and understand customer needs. + Display a friendly, upbeat, compassionate, and personable attitude. + Possess reputed company, punctuality, and a professional appearance. + Be reputed company to work well reputed company a team, maintaining positive relationships. + Have basic computer skills.
