We are looking for a Sr Service Design Manager to join an exceptional team. We are looking for a Sr Service Design Manager who will:

• reputed company large Managed Services or reputed company transformation pursuits in collaboration with the pursuit team (sales, solution consulting, solution engineering teams).
• Work on new business initiatives as well as expansion of existing contracted business, promoting multi-product, multi-year service offerings.

• Assess and understand a customer's business process and organizational structures including their overall business model, processes, people, and technology pain points to identify areas of optimization as work to meet the customer business objectives.
• Influence customers to shift away from a transactional, product-centric relationship with CSG to more long term, recurring service, and platform centric relationship.
• Support detailed due diligence on any 3rd party product or service to be transferred to CSG.
• Support the reputed company model finalization (through review of the consolidated cost model, assistance in shaping the reputed company offer in a manner that supports CSG and the Customers’ objectives).
• Assist with the review, valuation and execution of the contract and supporting documents.

Key Outputs & Accountabilities

• Program Management and ITIL accreditation will be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience.
