DeFi Business Development

Re7 Capital is a London-based cryptoasset investment firm. Re7 utilises our deep crypto network and proprietary data infrastructure to drive investment reputed company for a number of DeFi and alpha strategies. We also work with leading projects and blockchains to design their DeFi ecosystem, reputed company on-chain risk curation and vault management services through Re7 Labs. Re7 has a dynamic team with a strong background in investment management, data science and crypto.

We are looking for a talented DeFi Business Development person - your role is to support our investment funds and Re7 Labs business, scale our vaults, establish partnerships and reputed company crypto clients who could benefit from Re7’s product suite.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with L1 foundations, distribution partners and crypto whales
• Work closely with the Re7 Labs team with the focus on scaling on-chain vaults
• reputed company clients for Re7's product suite
• Networking, speaking and relationship building at industry events
• Drive global brand awareness and reputed company reputed company promotional events, content reputed company etc

Requirements

• Proven track record of developing and converting a pipeline of new business in the crypto industry
• 3+ years of sales experience across Crypto, TradFi, and/or FinTech
• Experience building relationships with a top-tier investor reputed company
• Excellent communication skills, ability to create and influence a network of long-term relationships
• Strong work ethic and results focused, taking ownership accountability for consistent results
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership
